Common questions

Your profile is live for 12 months from the date you pay. You'll receive a reminder before it expires so you can renew. During that time you're fully searchable by every captain and employer on the platform.

Never. Credits sit in your account until you use them. Buy in bulk when it suits you and use them whenever you need to contact crew. The more you buy at once, the lower the per-credit price.

Crew can see their total profile view count and weekly views in their dashboard. They receive a notification when an employer unlocks their full contact details, but anonymous browsing is private.

The web app works perfectly on any mobile browser — just open getyachties.com/app on your phone. Native iOS and Android apps are coming to the App Store and Google Play very soon.

There are no minimum certification requirements — all experience levels are welcome. You can list your certifications accurately and captains will filter accordingly. STCW and ENG1 are the most searched-for credentials.

Once an employer unlocks a profile, both parties can message each other directly within the app. Messages are delivered in real time. Crew can also message employers who have contacted them first.
